MAKNA PRAGMATIK BAHASA VERBAL DAN NONVERBAL KINESTETIK SEBAGAI MANIFESTASI KESANTUNAN MASYARAKAT SUNDA: KAJIAN ETNOPTAGMATIK

This research describes the pragmatic meaning of verbal and nonverbal language Sundanese people in Sindangkasih District, Ciamis Regency, West Java. is a qualitative using ethnopragmatics. That is, politeness can be done through speech acts that use kinesthetic (facial, gestural, postural). The data source this routine activities carried out by Subdistrict. study are languages contain politeness. technique collecting was to adapt ethnographic method listening. analysis uses flow model consisting reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions verification. results showed manifested language, namely facial (facial expressions / expressions); gestural (eye movements, head hand movements); postural (movements all limbs, such as bowing, standing upright, leftward, rightward).
